My 2 core beliefs:

In today’s fast-paced world where change is constant but progress isn’t, it's not individuals who are tasked with solving complex problems. It’s Human TEAMS.
➡️ I often hear that "tech will create a better future". I don't believe so. Science? Maybe. Tech? No! I think that HUMANS will create a better future. Period. 🚶🚶♀️

That being said, let me introduce myself in 3 points:
1️⃣ I have worked for big corps during 10 years in both multinational/multicultural environments leading international teams within complex projects, and 6 years as an entrepreneur building up my own company. My passion is to transform complexity into simplicity while reaching sales targets relying on a well designed team.
2️⃣ I have worked with SMEs and scaleups (some unicorns) and I understand these environments and their idiosyncrasy. Balancing performance and people care within an agile environnement is not that easy... (+ dealing with customer and investors on top of that!)
3️⃣ Trainings should be designed for 1 main purpose: MAKE YOUR TEAMS THINK!
